The successor of 'Amazing Grace' (2003) is the first record that Jason Pierce has worked since the pneumonia that had colpito nel 2005.
Pierce ha definito il nuovo LP con questa criptica frase: "E' opera del Diavolo, che contiene qualche suggerimento per il sottoscritto."
Gli Spiritualized, complesso di rock neopsichedelico del cantante/chitarrista Jason Pierce, é nato dallo scioglimento degli Spacemen 3 in Inghilterra nel 1989. Una versione drammatica della canzone dei Troggs "Anyway That You Want Me" fu il loro primo singolo. Nel 1992, il loro lung amente atteso album "Laser Guided Melodies" fu pubblicato dopo una lunga serie di EP, seguito da "Pure Phase", del 1995. Una coppia di dischi "Complete Works", volume primo e se condo, were printed next to the hypnotic and volatile 2003 album "Amazing Grace."
